A traditional meditation set consisting of  a zafu pillow and zabuton mat, both stuffed with 100 % natural buckwheat hulls. It creates a rather firm and supportive sitting environment. The chamber system of the mat allows for adjustment of every division to your individual level of hardness. Through quality zippers in each chamber, hulls can be added, released and exchanged. The Zafu can also be easily adjusted in height and hardness by removing from or adding to the stuffing. This is a great advantage when using the Zafu as a support pillow.
