Our Story

How it all Started

We started this company in Germany, as a group of friends who wanted to take a different and more conscious approach opposed to mass production. We set out to find quality goods produced under fair conditions.

Our Shopping Experience

Like most of you, we are not big shopping fans. That's why we've set ourselves the goal of creating the best online shopping experience, and have made it the core of our business.

Quality & Natural Materials

The quality of our products and materials is a high priority for us. Our products are mainly made from natural raw materials such as kapok, buckwheat or wood. Where it makes sense,we also use synthetic fibers to make our items more weather-resistant, more durable or easier to clean.

The Price

We believe that all our partners should receive a fair price. Here we aim to ensure a proper income for the employees and at the same time offer our customers a high-quality product at a reasonable price.

Our Way

We travelled through Asia, visiting producers, inspecting workplaces and carefully choosing our products. Still to this day, we focus on personal relationships and fairness for all involved, from worker to customer.

Our Partners

As a trading company committed to traditional values, we care about the interests of our partners, whether they are customers, wholesalers or producers. We are looking for a healthy compromise between different cultures, interests and markets.

We prefer direct contact with producers to personally inspect each workplace. We therefore select the products on site and export them ourselves in small quantities.

Responsible Production

We want to act as sustainably as possible and value proper production conditions. We prefer to buy from small producers than from large industrial companies.

Products such as our Thai pillows, wooden games or hammocks are made by small village collectives or family businesses. Many of our manufacturing companies were founded as part of the OTOP project, which was launched in Thailand in 2001.
