Zafu pillow (pouf)

The round Zafu pillow (pouf) is used traditionally for sitting meditation, but is now also very popular a decorative floor cushion. Our Zafu comes with 100% natural buckwheat hull filling and high-quality zipper, allowing for a quick and easy adjustment of height and hardness of the pillow by removing from or adding to the stuffing. This is a great advantage when using the Zafu as a support pillow. The material naturally adapt to the contour of the body thus creating a relaxed seating position and stability for your spine. We pay great attention to the sustainability of our products: Even if the buckwheat hulls as lose some of their properties over time, you only need to refill the hulls. The high-quality ticking is made from cotton, as are most of our additional, removable covers. We also offer the buckwheat meditation-set that includes the Zabuton mat and matching Zafu Pillow.
