Spelt pillows are a great alternative to conventional pillows. For example, pillows filled with spelt or buckwheat hulls are initially somewhat harder than down or foam filled pillows, but they usually offer better support for the neck. They also have much better heat and moisture balancing effects.
We offer 3 different fillings with specific charcteristics:

Spelt

• Extra large hulls
• Great air circulation
• Average firmness compared to other hull pillows
• Audible rustle

Buckwheat

• Large hulls
• Good air circulation
• Very Firm
• Average rustle compared to other hull pillows

Millet

• Small hulls
• Less air circulation than other hull pillows
• Softer than other hull pillows
• Less rustling
